The Impact Cabinet will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing many of the policies, initiatives, resource investment strategies, committees and general work activities that are central to UWCC’s community impact agenda. As such, the Impact Cabinet will be a standing committee and will report directly to and receive guidance from the United Way Board of Trustees. The chair(s) of the Impact Cabinet will sit on the UWCC Board of Trustees and be part of its Executive Committee.
