To do this we will:

Guiding Principles
• As stewards of the donor’s dollars, United Way will be responsible in the design and
management of a fair, flexible and
focused system for distribution of financial resources.
• United Way will achieve high community impact through measurable and accountable
results.
• United Way recognizes the value of diversity within Camden County and will foster
inclusiveness of agencies, services funded,
volunteers and staff.
• United Way will foster community collaboration and partnerships in all activities.
• United Way will serve as a convener for community mobilization on selected issues.
• United Way will serve as a facilitator for community volunteerism.
• United Way will establish leadership through demonstrated excellence, continuous quality
improvement and ongoing
responsiveness to community needs.
