Loaned Executive All Star Rafael Montes, The Bank

Hi, my name is Rafael Montes, and I am a Manager at The Bank. We have 44 branch offices in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, and Salem counties. We are proud to be a true community bank, with all banking needs and decisions being made locally.

We are also extremely proud of our association with United Way. I have been a donor for many years, but I became a volunteer last year after being a part of United Way’s Loaned Executive Program. The program is critical to United Way’s success in meeting our community’s growing needs.

Each year Camden County businesses commit to “lending” an employee for a 12-week campaign period. I was so excited to be chosen last year.  After a week-long training period, I hit the campaign trail, sharing the power of giving, advocating and volunteering though United Way. Working closely with United Way staff, I helped manage a portfolio of accounts from the initial kick off presentation right to the completion and collection of the results.
